About me

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology (BSc) and a Master of Science degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MSc). I’m registered with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (BABCP). I have a keen interest in conducting research and have been invited to present at The Priory Hospital’s Case Conference, Goldsmiths, University of London and at the North American Society for the Study of Personality Disorders in Pittsburgh, USA.

I have worked in mental health for over eight years in numerous settings both within the NHS and in the private sector. Most notably I have worked at two of London’s most prestigious private psychiatric hospitals; The World Famous Priory Hospital in Roehampton and more recently at The Nightingale Hospital in Marylebone. Throughout this time I have provided individual and group therapy to both adult and adolescent clients on an inpatient and outpatient basis, displaying mild to more complex presentations. I run groups on CBT for Depression and Anxiety, Stress Management, Assertiveness, Creative Writing, The Family Programme and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Whilst working as a Lead CBT/DBT Therapist with colleagues at The Priory in Roehampton, I established an extensive DBT group based programme for adolescents on a private inpatient service.
